The Subjective Atlas of Bosnia and Herzegovina exhibition will be presented at Historijski muzej Bosne i Hercegovine in Sarajevo,
Zmaja od Bosne 5, from 1 to 8 April. The exhibition brings together works by 88 young authors from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the diaspora, offering a deeply personal and imaginative portrayal of the country through drawings, collages, and photography. Developed through workshops held in Sarajevo, Srebrenica, and Vitez, the artworks map how young people live, remember, and envision Bosnia and Herzegovina today.
Created through a partnership between the Center for Post-Conflict Research, Subjective Editions, and Newcastle University, the Subjective Atlas uses visual storytelling and subjective cartography to encourage dialogue and reflection. The exhibition invites visitors to engage with intimate artistic interpretations of everyday life and collective memory, presenting Bosnia and Herzegovina as a shared space shaped by diversity, creativity, and the ongoing legacy of peace.
