Starting from October 2024, a diverse group of Groningen residents has been mapping out what it means to “feel at home” in the province of Groningen, in collaboration with the art space ARTisBOOK and Subjective Editions. Part of the organised series of workshops with partner organisations, squatters in Groningen hosted a session where participants explored how they can depict their sense of home in Groningen when the housing shortage is forcing residents to seek solutions outside the conventional options. The session included people who are involved with the Groninger squatting scene in a variety of ways, from active squatters to supporters.
