Starting from October 2024, a diverse group of Groningen residents has been mapping out what it means to “feel at home” in the province of Groningen, in collaboration with the art space ARTisBOOK and Subjective Editions. Part of the organised series of workshops with partner organisations, the Pittig Gekruid Foundation invited participants in Percival College, committed to a society where polyphony, recognition, and connection are central. Based on the conviction that culture is a powerful tool for making social issues visible and discussable, we develop and support cultural and educational projects around themes such as colonial history, slavery, identity, inclusion, and coexistence.
